We will only ever ask you for information that is necessary and suitable for the efficient treatment of your condition. 

If we need to contact your GP surgery for information regarding any medical treatment you are receiving we will ask your permission before we do so.

Payment for services will be set out clearly after the first, initial consultation.

We ask for payment prior to treatment - this means that you are guaranteed an appointment at the time and on the date specified beforehand. 

Please remember, that if you visit us at the Devon Clinic that other clients and clinicians might be in the building and to behave in an understanding and respectful manner.

Violence or abuse of any sort will not be tolerated and we reserve the right not to treat anyone who behaves in a threatening manner.​
