Your initial consultation is so that we can plan a way forward for you, together. After that:

HOURLY SESSIONS will be arranged at a time and place that are mutually acceptable.  Zoom consultations are just as easy to arrange as one-to-one meetings.​

BLOCK BOOKINGS from - 3 sessions £135.00 and 5 for £200.00

SPECIALIST ONE OFF SESSIONS E.G. SMOKING/VAPING CESSATION £150.00 (c. 3 HOURS) with follow ups if needed. 

 

Please note: quitting smoking, vaping and weight loss all require a level of commitment from the client in order to be successful. However, the level of commitment , combined with hypnotherapy, is what makes it so effective.
